Thank you for your interest in the post of Field Photography Officer with Historic Environment Scotland, based at John Sinclair House, Edinburgh. This is a permanent and pensionable appointment.

You will act as an in-the-field photographer and videographer within the Survey & Recording team of Historic Environment Scotland. You will be one of a team of three photographers who work with heritage professionals to investigate and record the buildings, archaeology and historic sites of Scotland, producing high quality knowledge, information and survey materials for the National Record of the Historic Environment.

You will be responsible for carrying out high quality photographic surveys in the field whilst also being able to deliver video and audio-based recordings in certain scenarios.
