Senior Heritage Management Officer

Thank you for your interest in the post of Senior Heritage Management Officer with Historic Environment Scotland, based at Longmore House, Edinburgh. This is a fixed term appointment and pensionable appointment ending 31 March 2025.

This post, which will work closely with the Heritage Management Officer post, relates to the implementation of the 35 hour week. The post-holder will help us to maintain acceptable services, deliver a strategic approach to service delivery and ensure staff wellbeing. The post will support our ongoing service reviews, working closely with the Directorate management team, colleagues and consultants who are carrying the service reviews out. They will also work with us to review other working practices and processes, helping refine our processes, and ensure they are fit for purpose and delivering to the appropriate standards.
